New office for local Realtors

Capital Real Estate Group by Better Homes Realty just opened a new office in Granite Bay.
The office is located near the corner of Douglas Boulevard and Auburn-Folsom Road at 7095 Douglas Blvd. in a new retail center built and anchored by Ron Smith Construction and Julie Smith Design.
Local real estate veterans Jaci Jones, Glenna Durbin, Steven G. Rath, Brian Walike and Scott Johnson are the owners and leaders of the group, specializing in premier properties throughout the region.
Jones with 29 years, Rath with 18 years and Walike with 28 years of local real estate experience, are all previous owners of Better Homes Realty Fair Oaks. Lifelong resident and Granite Bay specialist Durbin, previously with ReMax, has 17 years experience and Johnson is a broker with eight years of experience and is owner of Granite Bay's Pipeline Capital Mortgage.
