Quarry Ponds has developed a new fundraising opportunity for local nonprofits.

Interested organizations can now approach fundraising an entirely new way by inviting their members to enjoy free appetizers, finish their grocery and food shopping and raise funds for their favorite charity all at the same time by scheduling private shopping and fundraising parties. The center will provide free appetizers and donate 15 percent of all Fresh Market sales proceeds during the private shopping party to the nonprofit.

Typically, private shopping parties at Quarry Ponds are offered for groups with 200 or more members and are scheduled 4:30-7:00 p.m. Sunday or Thursday evenings.

Participating vendors in the Quarry Ponds Fresh Market include Acme Bread, Bay Gourmet Market, Bay Gourmet Gifts, Lily Grass, Pullman Kitchen, Regionale Produce, Sammy's and Vande Rose Farms Meat and Fish.
